**THIS RULES AND REGULATIONS CREATED / UPDATED ON THE GENERAL MEETING, DATED - 05/ 01 / 17 BY THE GOVERNING BODY AND WITH THE LEADERS OF KOLKATA BIKERS CLUB.**

1. BE ON TIME FOR THE RIDE.

2. HELMET AND GLOVES FOR THE RIDERS ARE COMPULSORY. 3. SHOES OR BOOTS COMPULSORY FOR THE RIDER.

4. NO OVERTAKING AMONGST EACH OTHER.

5. NO RASH RIDING DURING THE RIDE.

6. NO BREAKING FILE, WE WILL RIDE IN A SINGLE FILE

7. NO VIOLENCE DURING THE RIDE.

8. ALWAYS FOLLOW THE BIKE WHICH IS AHEAD OF YOU, ALL THE WAY.

9. EVERY RIDER SHOULD CARRY VALID DRIVING LICENSE ALONG WITH ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.

10. MAKE SURE YOUR MOTORCYCLE IS WELL SERVICED TO AVOID A BREAK DOWN DURING THE RIDE.

11. EVERY RIDERS SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THEIR OWN BELONGINGS NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OR DAMAGE.

12. WE ALL WILL BE RIDING WITHIN SPEED OF 60 TO 90 MAX TO AVOID BREAKDOWNS & ACCIDENTS.

13. FULL HAND JACKET OR T-SHIRT, SAFETY GEARS ARE NECESSARY.

14. ALWAYS OBEY THE LEADERS ON ROAD AND IN THE LOCATIONS FOR YOUR SAFETY.

15. NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS STRICTLY PROHIBITED DURING RIDES.

16. OBEY ALL THE TRAFFIC RULES.

17. ALWAYS RESPECT YOUR CO – RIDERS.

18. EXPULSION & REMOVAL OF MEMBERS: - Frequent action of any member, if found by the Governing Body is detrimental to the interest and is in violation of the rule and regulation of the Society, he/she may be after due enquiry, censured, suspended or expelled from the membership by the Governing Body. In that case the Governing Body shall first serve the member concerned with show cause showing therein the charge farmed and ask him/her to submit his/her statement of defense within a month. On receipt of explanation, the Governing Body shall have power to take suitable action against the delinquent member after allowing him/her to defend his case. If no reply to the show cause notice is received within a month, the Governing Body may take ex-party decision. For any act of expulsion or termination no such Member shall be entitled to prefer any claim for compensation or damage even if proved on subsequent date that such act of expulsion or termination was wrongful and/or unlawful.
